There are three rooms in the Black Bear Suite, and an excellent bathroom with a delightful shower.
The private intimate bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The second bedroom has a monster bunk bed.
This is a special bunk bed with both bunks featuring queen size beds.
That's a total of three queen size beds in all!

Great for a family or a group of close friends.
Maximum occupancy is 6.
You will find a small table, chairs, coffee maker, refrigerator, and even an air conditioner.
The Terlingua Mansion is Owned and Operated by the Bill Ivey family.
Each Room has NO Cable Television OR Telephone. Enjoy the break.
Free wireless internet is usually available.
Breakfast is not provided, but all rooms have coffeemakers and our special blend of coffee.
Room Service is very expensive and requires 48 hours notice.
