About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Product Management - Claims division. This strategic and organized professional will play a key role in the seamless execution of strategic priorities, improving operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, provide oversight for critical projects, and help scale the team's impact within the organization. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, operational efficiency, cross-functional leadership, executive communication, project oversight, team leadership, decision support, stakeholder management, and resource management. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, strategy, or business operations in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the insurance or financial services industry, is required. The role demands a professional with strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. A background in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role, as well as experience in claims, insurance, or a highly regulated industry, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong business acumen, and have a proven track record in leadership and team development.
