A financial services firm in Manhattan is actively seeking an analytical and driven professional to join their staff as their new Trading Assistant. In this role, the Trading Assistant will be responsible for ensuring accurate trade capture of voice executed transactions. Responsibilities The Trading Assistant will be responsible for: Monitoring electronic trade flows Ensuring accurate trade capture of voice executed transactions Compliance with regulations and internal policies with respect to trade execution and capture Publishing P&L and working with clients to resolve queries Facilitation of option expiry processes and other contractual obligations Corporate event and credit event processing Compression and novation processing Onboarding of clients, traders, and funds Completing event reviews and implementation of risk mitigation improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-5+ years of experience Proficiency with computer platforms and applications Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Highly organized Strong interpersonal skills
