Position Overview
The Wastewater Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing wastewater management projects. This role focuses on ensuring the effective treatment and disposal of wastewater, aligned with environmental regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations for wastewater projects.
• Design wastewater treatment systems and processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and specifications for wastewater infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geotechnical and civil engineering principles into designs.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and modeling to optimize treatment processes.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater design and engineering projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical design principles and practices.
• Experience with environmental engineering and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
• Understanding of hydraulics and water quality management concepts.
