Salary: $70,000 - 85,000

- Must have SAP system proficiency (Troubleshoot SAP issues involving inventory, shipping, receiving and picking operations)

The Warehouse Supervisor plans and directs the work of associates to achieve departmental, customer service and financial goals and objectives, driving performance across the department.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With :

• Plan and schedule daily activities of the shipping and receiving to utilize personnel and equipment in the most efficient and effective manner
• Direction of staff activities in support of receiving, inventory integrity, picking and shipping activities
• Allocation of orders to warehouse staff for appropriate distribution and ensuring adherence to established shipping standards
• Setup layout and ensure efficient flow of materials both inside and between warehouse locations in Clear Lake.
• Monitor and resolve compliance issues found during receiving into the Tracegains system.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues involving inventory, shipping, receiving and picking operations
• In line with the Taking Care of Our Own program, enforce compliance with all safety rules and regulations, taking prompt action concerning any potential safety hazard.
• Maintain neat, orderly and clean warehouse, utilizing the team to correct any issues that may be found.

What You Must Know | Education and Experience:

• 4-year Degree or relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
• Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in shipping and receiving preferably in a manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
• 5 - 8 years SAP experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• 5 - 8 years prior supervisory
• Computer skills
• Self-motivation and safety awareness.
