CPG / Manufacturing Consulting Manager , you'll act as a subject matter expert within our Professional Services team, leading a team of consultants and refining best practices for CPG implementations. You'll collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, support customer success, and ensure projects deliver measurable value.
Join us as a CPG & Manufacturing Consulting Manager, and this is some of what you'll be doing: - Engage with clients - Lead discovery sessions, present RELEX solutions to prospects, and provide thought leadership to align customer supply chain strategies with our technology.
- Ensure project success - Oversee implementation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while continuously improving processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert - Stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge with internal team
- Lead & develop a team of consultants - Mentor and support team growth through structured guidance, feedback, and career development.
- s to strengthen RELEX's expertise in CPG supply chain optimization.
- Drive customer success - Leverage your industry expertise to advise customers on best practices, ensuring successful software implementations and measurable outcomes.
- Refine implementation best practices - Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Product, and Professional Services) to enhance RELEX's methodology for Manufacturing software implementations.
We're looking for: - Industry expertise - Deep knowledge of supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
- Strategic problem solver - Ability to translate customer challenges into innovative RELEX solutions.
- Strong leadership - Experience managing teams, providing coaching, and fostering career growth.
- Excellent communication skills - Comfortable leading workshops, presenting to executives, and influencing stakeholders.
- Customer implementation experience - 5-10 years of experience in software implementation, client management, or consulting.
- Technical acumen - System configuration capability and an analytical mindset to optimize workflows.
- Adaptability & collaboration - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel - Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
