Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care

What You Will Do:

• Provide urgent and primary care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up).
• Perform minor procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation.
• Manage patient visits independently, utilizing Epic EMR with training.
• Collaborate with support staff and adhere to established clinical protocols.
• Maintain compliance with certifications and healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent and primary care settings.
• Board certification (ABMS, NCCPA, or appropriate NP certification).
• Active PA Cert, Family NP Cert, and BLS certification.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR and excellent soft skills for patient and staff interactions.
• Ability to see and treat all patients independently as the sole provider.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills (e.g., I&D, lac repair).
• Willingness to work within a supported team environment and support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience with pediatric and adult urgent care.
• Additional certifications or training in minor procedures.
• Familiarity with Medicare processes and credentialing procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active and current licensed Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in urgent care.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work scheduled shifts as per site needs with no requirement for call.
• Use of Epic EMR for all patient encounters.
• Willingness to complete EMR training and onboarding prior to the first solo shift.
• This role does not include travel reimbursement; only mileage support.
