Description Job Summary The Training Coordinator manages the identification and assignment of training requirements by position/role. This position evaluates training completion and effectiveness for production and support employees.
Essential Job Duties - Train all new production employees to system documents.
- Audit and test employees at production and support processes to certify proficiency.
- Maintain training matrix and individual training records using Excel, QCBD, and manual filing systems.
- Train and certify to IPC 600, 610 and J-STD. Training Coordinators will be required to attend Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) courses.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers and supervisors.
- Design, plan, and organize training programs for employees.
- Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as team exercises, group discussions, and individual instruction.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedures, guides, and for a variety of operations
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- Assist process owners in developing alternative training methods when current programs are ineffective or time consuming.
- Deliver training to groups or individually using multiple training medias, including video communications, PowerPoint, and verbal instruction.
- Flexibility in work hours and duties may be required due training needs throughout three shifts

- Qualifications
- Education
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Experience and/or Training
- One or more years applicable experience
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and All Flex's concepts and applications
- Training on Lean manufacturing principles.
- Licenses/Certifications
- Current or Past Certified IPC Trainer or Certified IPC Specialist in any IPC standard highly preferred.
- Technology/Equipment
- Base level of computer literacy required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook highly preferred
