In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the quality and functionality of designs meet both client and industry standards. As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will be responsible to: Develop system layouts and configurations for UL508A control panels, UL891 switchboards, UL67 panelboards, ATSs, UPSs, MV Switchboards and pad mount transformers without engineering oversight. Lead the quoting process for large-scale or customized projects, confirming all requirements are met. Guide Sales Engineer I and II on best practices for quoting, documentation, and customer engagement. Serve as the key technical advisor for top-tier clients, and targeted high value clients handling complex specifications, troubleshooting, and negotiations. Provide in-depth product presentations, site visits, and solution recommendations to new or existing clients The Ideal Candidate will have: 5+ years in an application engineering or sales role, with a proven track record of quoting UL-listed electrical distribution products. In-depth knowledge of UL508A, UL891, UL67; strong design/build capabilities with minimal support. Exceptional thoroughness in quotes, proposals, and technical documentation. Skilled at training junior staff and guiding account strategies; ability to align with company’s revenue goals. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; works effectively with executives and major clients. This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
