Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift:  Working Monday through Thursdays from 6:30am-3:45pm and Fridays from 6:30am-11:30am

What's the Job?

• Track and monitor current orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy and handling logistics as needed.
• Produce simple product samples and oversee the sample approval process, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Communicate job priorities to the production team to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Contact customers based on job status and priorities to provide updates and support.

What's Needed?

• Ability to quickly assess and resolve challenges in production, order tracking, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in order tracking systems, inventory software, and communication tools.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for order tracking and documentation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of sewing techniques and equipment operation.
