As a mentor and creative force on our team, you’ll craft polished, strategic B2C content across multiple platforms while inspiring and guiding a small team of those that can also write copy. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, social, video, and account teams to develop messaging that connects, moves, and motivates audiences. From concept to execution, you’ll bring stories to life that elevate brands and strengthen relationships—one thoughtful word at a time. What You’ll Do Develop Messaging Concepts & Branded Copy Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload and tight deadlines. Create compelling, on-brand narratives that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity across all platforms and deliverables. Interpret creative briefs and adapt tone and style across industries, audiences, and formats. Partner with creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative messaging strategies. Produce high-quality branded copy for campaigns, scripts, blogs, social media, and more. Maintain brand voice while pushing creative boundaries to keep work fresh and engaging. Apply SEO best practices where applicable to maximize visibility and performance. Contribute to client pitches and presentations when needed. Stay current on writing trends, best practices, and industry standards. Content Research & Brand Positioning Conduct research to inform content direction and strengthen brand positioning. Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to align copy with business objectives. Translate insights into authentic, persuasive messaging that drives results. Proofreading & Editing Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone alignment. Provide constructive feedback to peers and direct reports. Edit for grammar, style, and brand consistency, ensuring every word earns its place. Mentor and guide a small team of copywriters—offering feedback, direction, and encouragement. Collaborate across departments to bring campaigns to life through strong, unified storytelling. Foster a positive, supportive creative culture that values both excellence and experimentation. What You Bring 6+ years of professional copywriting experience or equivalent portfolio. Proven ability to lead, edit, and mentor creative teammates. Mastery of writing, editing, and research across marketing formats. Knowledge of content strategy, SEO, and creative storytelling. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
