Responsibilities Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires. Ensure all positions are posted and routed internally and externally to build a qualified candidate pool. Act as liaison to all sourcing contacts and place advertising with vendors to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. Maintain regular contact and relationships with temporary employment agencies, placement offices, and outreach recruiting programs. Use effective and professional communication skills to deliver and gather information, project a positive company image, and attract candidates. Conduct screening of resumes and conduct initial phone or in‑person interviews; refer candidates for the next level of interviews. Conduct and train other personnel on the process of screening, testing, and interviewing in a professional and effective manner. Conduct reference checks, communicate status of selection process to applicants, and extend employment offers to candidates to meet company standards. Conduct new hire orientation, new supervisor onboarding calls and re‑recruiting calls to ensure the recruiting process is complete. Interact with hiring managers and candidates regarding status of openings to ensure the recruiting process is being followed. Respond to inquiries from associates, field recruiting, and applicants regarding staffing activities and career opportunities. Work closely with Rochester/Corporate Hiring Managers to determine interviewing effectiveness and discuss staffing issues in each organization. Participate in special projects and act as project lead as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree – Preferred 3 years of experience in recruiting Compensation The starting base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $95,900 annually. This range is base pay only and does not include other components of the total rewards package. Total compensation may vary based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
