Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Receptionist Team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. You must have good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting residents and guests
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Scheduling resident transportation
  • Scheduling guest and party rooms
  • Money handling
  • General office duties
  • Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests
Working Hours:
  • Position works 15 hours every other weekend: Saturdays 8 AM-5 PM and Sundays 8 AM - 2 PM
  • Flexibility to work extra hours as needed and alternating weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of receptionist/office experience preferred
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook required
  • Good customer service

Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: criminal background checks, abuse registry check, drug test, physical, flu vaccinated and TB test.
