Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring detailed records and maintaining up-to-date inventory of what’s available on-line
• Transportation scheduling
• Helps with hazardous shipping paperwork for orders
• Documentation / record keeping
• Update lot numbers
• Time cards
• Stock / inventory tracking
• Order processing, including contacting customers when needed
• Printing orders, labels, invoices
• Assisting with general admin duties including answering phones, emails, paperwork, filing, etc.
• Math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Multi-tasker, detail-oriented, work with fixed timelines, good written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork, problem-solving, accurate and organized
• Supports and reports to the Operations Manager
• Follows all GMP’s, safety procedures and protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Great computer skills in Word and Excel
• Work in an environment with some exposure to odors and chemicals
• Hazardous shipping knowledge
• Proactive, efficient, accurate and organized
• Attention to detail
• Team worker and ability to work independently
• Multi-tasker
• Great math, reading, writing skills
• Must be able to work without limitations and restrictions
• High school diploma required
