\n Compensation: Depending on Experience
\nLocation: Richardson, TX Hybrid- 
3 days onsite and 2 days remote .
\n Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm CT
\n
\n What’s a typical day as an Executive Recruiter? You’ll be:
\n- Recruiting, interviewing, and recommending placement of candidates for Director and VP level roles .
\n- Maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
\n- Consulting with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates while staying informed of developments in wages, salaries, and employee benefits.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business and have 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
\n- Have experience with one or more applicant tracking systems , sourcing techniques, and developing candidate databases.
\n- Possess strong project management skills and proven experience in defining solutions and process improvements impacting a recruiting organization.
\n
\n Preferred Job Requirements:
\n- Demonstrated Workday ATS experience and corporate recruiting experience.
\n- Experience in healthcare insurance and executive recruitment.
\n- SPHR certification is a plus.
\n- Proven ability to build relationships and apply business knowledge to recruiting approaches.
\n
