Skilled and Ready Plumber - Plumbing Technician Wanted!

Family Home Plumbing Services is calling all motivated, dependable, and craft-proud professionals to join our growing team in Seaside, CA to step into a role with steady hours, strong pay, and a clear path forward.

YOUR DAY COULD INCLUDE:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and drainage systems
• Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective repair solutions
• Performing work in compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Communicating clearly with customers and explaining service options
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional worksite

Job Covers: Monterey, Salinas, Seaside, Pacific Grove, Marina, Santa Cruz, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Watsonville, CA

Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM). You'll report to our Seaside office before heading out to service calls. On-call rotations are part of the role, with extra pay for after-hours emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Ability to provide own basic tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Backflow certification or experience
• Familiarity with Seaside/Monterey County plumbing codes
• Water heater install/repair experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
