The candidate should be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers. Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. An excellent working knowledge of LAN, WAN, WAP, Cradle Point / NetCloud, and cabling standards is essential.
