The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in an HR related field (e.g., Industrial Relations) and 2 years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried Associates; OR 4 years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried Associates, including at least 2 years experience with HR management responsibilities (e.g., staffing, performance management, coaching and mentoring, training, compensation, promotion).
Preferred Qualifications:
HR Management, Retail Experience, Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION, Human Resources - Sr. Professional HR (SPHR) CERTIFICATION.
