This position offers the flexibility of both full-time and part-time hours and the opportunity to work remotely. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and prospective families, providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our school’s communication and ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with parents, students, and community members through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about school services and programs.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with users, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document and track chat interactions, including queries, feedback, and resolutions, to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with other school departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on school policies, programs, and services.
• Monitor and report trends in customer inquiries to help improve overall communication strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or education-related fields is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with live chat systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
