A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, Inc. manages commercial and residential properties throughout Northern Virginia, with over 28 properties. Their mission is to provide exceptional service to residents and tenants, supporting local communities. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for apartment leasing and resident retention, promoting the community to potential residents, and closing leases. They will provide high-quality customer service to tenants and prospects. This is a direct hire position in Herndon, Virginia, with an hourly pay of $23.50 plus commission and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist current and prospective residents, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and track traffic daily.
• Qualify and process leasing applications.
• Prepare leases, move-in packets, and renewal paperwork.
• Inspect apartments for readiness and address service needs.
• Enhance property curb appeal.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Understand our competitive advantages.
• Participate in outreach and marketing programs.
• Enter and follow up on resident service requests.
• Participate in resident events.
• Deliver notices as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills, tactfulness, professionalism, and flexibility.
• Resourcefulness and organization.
