Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join a team on a contract basis in Maple Grove. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance workforce engagement and organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to source, pipeline, and recruit top-tier candidates for current and future positions.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with federal and state employment laws, promoting fairness and compliance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to optimize organizational performance and business outcomes.
• Provide career development guidance and support to employees, addressing their aspirations and performance concerns.
• Partner with management and the talent acquisition team to formulate human resources strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Conduct interviews and manage the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and secure the best candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, including ClearCo, to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and documentation.
• Research and implement contemporary sourcing methods to attract diverse and experienced talent.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for candidates across various levels.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and analyze organizational needs.
• Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development within the HR field.
