Grindstone Pavers is hiring skilled and motivated Landscapers to join our team in Wilmington, OH . We work on a wide range of high-quality residential and commercial projects involving landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, and concrete work . If you take pride in outdoor work and have hands-on experience in the field, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As a Landscaper, you’ll play a key role in the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces. From planting and mulching to paver installation and concrete work, this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, edging, and general maintenance
Assist in hardscape installations including pavers, retaining walls, and masonry features
Support concrete prep and finishing for patios, walkways, and driveways
Use landscaping tools and equipment (shovels, rakes, compactors, saws, etc.)
Follow layout plans and instructions from crew leaders
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work efficiently in a team environment under varying weather conditions
Requirements:
Experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping preferred
Familiarity with tools and techniques for planting, mulching, and masonry
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
