Crestron/Extron Audio Visual (AV) Programmer Join to apply for the Crestron/Extron Audio Visual (AV) Programmer role at Golden Star Technology Inc (GST) Position: Audio Visual (AV) Programmer Location: Cerritos, CA Audio Visual (AV) Programmer Position Summary As GST's AV Control System Programmer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, testing and implementing control system code, audio files, and other equipment-related configurations. This individual would also perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations. The Control System Programmer will be able to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects, think independently and effectively interact with employees and client. Job Requirements Read and interpret AV systems drawings Gather programming requirements Provide control system design and review audio visual design Produce new modules and interfaces Create technical standards, processes and procedures Provide programming and technical direction to project team when needed Control System programming design to meet requirements and system capabilities User Interface programming to meet requirements and system capabilities Install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely in physical systems Perform commissioning and acceptance testing of code Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting as needed Assist manufactures and customers with problem resolution as needed Travel to various job sites, as required Proficient with test and calibration equipment Proficient in programming languages Proficient in uploading and downloading software in embedded systems Proficient in control system design (Crestron/AMX/Extron) Understanding of DSP programming Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues Qualifications Previous experience with control systems, video-conferencing, switching hardware, audio DSP setup and calibration Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming or equivalent experience Minimum of three years of Crestron or AMX control system programming experience Harman Certified Control Professional (C-P) required Extron GC-Pro Certified required Crestron and AMX certifications required CTS or CTS-D certification is preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary & bonus Medical/Dental/Vision 401K Plan Vacation About GST Golden Star Technology Inc (GST) headquartered in Cerritos, CA is a leading provider of IT & AV solutions and services for small to midsize businesses, enterprises, governmental agencies, and educational institutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden Star Technology Inc (GST)
