Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying & selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively in the market.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
  • Stay informed about local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends. Keep license current.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions for administrative purposes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Provide insights into property management for clients interested in investment opportunities.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and client interactions efficiently.
  • Knowledge of real estate law to ensure compliance during transactions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and negotiate deals.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse clientele.
  • Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies to enhance property visibility in the market.
