Mid-sized Minnesota Law Firm seeks to add a Corporate Associate Attorney to their practice! The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of Corporate Finance experience. The ideal person for this role will have significant M&A experience! We need someone who is not a stranger to putting a deal together from beginning to end!

Job Details

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• 5-8 years of Corporate Finance experience
• Heavy experience with Mergers & Acquisitions & executing multiple deals from beginning to end!
• If you have experience with drafting and negotiating terms of Credit Agreements, Security Agreements, Guaranty Agreements and Loan Agreements for lenders, that would be ideal!
• Real Estate due diligence review and transactional closings is also a plus.
