Our client, a well-established General Contractor based in North Dallas, is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. They specialize in ground-up commercial projects across religious buildings, medical offices, storage facilities, and professional office spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and materials
• Working closely with Superintendents and field staff to ensure quality and safety
• Coordinating with clients, architects, and consultants to keep projects on track
• Leading or assisting with RFI and submittal processes
• Reviewing and tracking change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Attending job site meetings and project updates with stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

What They’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Background in ground-up projects is required
• Experience as an APM or early-career Project Manager
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
