Position Details:
Title: Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist
Location: State College, PA
Schedule: Variable days/afternoons primarily 8-hour day shifts
IT System: Meditech
Salary Range: $108,000 $169,000/year (Midpoint: $139,000)
Relocation: Available on a case-by-case basis
Your Role Includes:
Medication order entry and verification
Medication profile review and clinical interventions
Patient-specific consults and therapy monitoring
Direct participation in patient care scenarios in ED/ICU
Drug information and protocol-based consults
Ideal Candidate:
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
PGY1 residency or 3+ years of recent clinical hospital experience
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in any state PA license not required to apply
