Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Wellness Program)

Location: On-site – Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Payrate: 20.70/h

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Wellness Program Coordinator to support a varietyof health and wellness initiatives across corporate and field locations. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional employee wellness experiences, including flu and COVID vaccination events, health campaigns, and wellness reward fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Vaccination Program Support

• Assist in organizing and executing on-site flu and COVID clinics
• Attend and support all on-site events, including setup and breakdown
• Greet and check in employees and dependents warmly and professionally
• Manage clinic flow and logistics, including directing participants and resolving minor tech issues
• Maintain clinic supply inventory and ensure proper signage and space setup
• Track participation and collect feedback

Fulfillment & Inventory

• Coordinate and support wellness reward distribution across local office sites
• Schedule room reservations and facilitate logistics with warehouse and supply teams
• Maintain inventory records and track items for wellness challenges and outreach programs

Outreach Program Support

• Provide assistance on additional wellness campaigns and employee events
• Help administer wellness sign-up tools, surveys, and reminders
• Support onsite coordination of blood drives, chair massage events, and other outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Public Health, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in corporate wellness, health programs, or event coordination is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable, and professional presence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
