RGP is seeking a hands-on Accountant with strong Spectrum ERP experience to support multiple ongoing system implementations. This role is ideal for a mid-level accounting professional- someone who has worked extensively within Spectrum and understands both the transactional details and the bigger picture of process improvement. You'll play a key role in day-to-day accounting activities while helping to optimize workflows and improve data integrity across a growing portfolio of legal entities. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly implementation-focused- perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems and streamlining processes. This opportunity is primarily remote with the ability to travel during go-live. + Perform hands-on accounting work within Spectrum (AP, AR, GL, job cost, reconciliations, reporting) + Support and participate in multiple ongoing Spectrum implementations + Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within accounting workflows + Work closely with project teams to test configurations, validate data, and ensure smooth go-lives + Assist in standardizing accounting procedures across multiple entities + Provide feedback to system and project leads on process efficiencies and reporting needs + Travel occasionally to Houston during go-live phases (majority of work is remote) + Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Spectrum ERP experience in accounting or job cost environments + Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes within construction, engineering, or project-based industries + Demonstrated ability to move from detailed transactional work to higher-level process analysis + Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations or upgrades + Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Mid-management level experience (e. . , Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller) + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.   + Pay Range: $65-85/hr. + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) + An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.    At RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
