Seeking part time work from home administrative assistant 

The individual in this position is expected to perform a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks effectively, meet multiple daily deadlines, prioritize and organize tasks, demonstrate attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant works under the direction supervision of the owner of the company.

Job Status: 

• Part-time, Independent Contractor position; 1099/no benefits.
• Flexible combination of remote work approximately 8 - 12 hours per week total to start.
• Provide clerical support when needed to assist staff with assigned administrative duties such as preparation of documents
• Provide assistance in onboarding new hires 
• Independently prioritize and manage a variety of projects and adapt to changing demands
• Manage confidential information and business correspondence with the appropriate sensitivity
• Maintain business documentation, handle financial and accounting matters with confidentiality and collaborate other admins and executives
• Consistently demonstrate focus on detail, judgement and exceptional communication.
• Requires flexibility in hours and availability. In person meetings once a pay period
