We are seeking a Wood Stain/color Matching Specialist (Spanish Required) to join our team! With the constant growing demand for water based stains we are looking for an experienced individual in the wood finishing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for color and an eye for detail and color knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Match/adjust custom stain colors in a variety of wood species
• Provide customer service on site in customers locations to adjust stains or fix/adjust a match
• Save the formulas in the company's main formula database for future reference and reproduction
• Interested in learning and adapting to new products introduced by manufacturer to follow industry trends
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to all health and safety standards

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in wood stain matching as Stain/Paint Colorist
• Experience with spraying equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish-English a must
