As a Wine Steward, you will be the in-store expert assisting and educating our customers regarding wine. The individual will deliver remarkable customer service by providing exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude. What You'll be Doing: Interacting directly with customers regarding wine suggestions, comments, and special orders. Stocking and merchandising product displays to meet customer demands and to help increase sales. Selling effectively through inventory based on current and upcoming ads. Staying current on wine industry and working to increase your knowledge of wine. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): Possess a high level of customer service. 2+ years of retail experience, preferably working with wine. Must have extensive wine knowledge and be able to educate customers and team members. Must have passion for continuous learning about the wine industry/trends.
