We are seeking candidates who: - Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2024 season.
- Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $19 hr
+ tips. - Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.

What You Will Do: - Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excel in a team environment.
- Help our business grow by offering additional services, hang door hangers, and talk with neighbors.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training

What We Offer: - Competitive wages and incentive bonuses ($19 - $23 per hour with opportunity for tips, sales bonuses, and Google review bonuses)
- Great schedule, no evenings. We work 8-10 hours a day, varying 30-40 hours per week.
