We are seeking candidates who: - Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2024 season.

What You Will Do: - Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excel in a team environment.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
- Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training
- Be rewarded for your efforts and success.
Experience: - Previous experience in residential or commercial window and exterior service cleaning (window, pressure washing, gutters, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience installing Holiday lights on residential and commercial properties.
- Familiarity with operating scissor lifts is a plus: training will be provided for those without experience.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize task effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as a team with residential and commercial customers.
Description of Physical Demands: - Ability to climb ladders at varies heights.
- Ability to lift 50lbs independently.
- Work in varies weather conditions.
- Operate company equipment safely and according to guidelines.
License/Certification: - Driver's License (Required)
