Our team of cleaning technicians enjoy working outside within the community interacting with our commercial and residential customers. The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. Hourly Pay: $13-$15+

Description of duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Manage and execute daily assigned work orders


• Demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to Supervisor


• Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations

• Acts as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication skills

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as working independently

• Strong time management skills

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
