JOB SUMMARY

The Health/Wellness Coach provides education/coaching for worksite program participants. Provides a confidential, safe emotional space to discuss individual health screening test results. The Health/Wellness Coach will complete participant follow-ups including education/discussion of biometric and laboratory results. The Coach will assist the participant in establishing lifestyle/behavior modification changes as needed and goal setting. Must be passionate and enthusiastic about health and wellness and must have a flexible schedule to accommodate participants.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

• B.S. Degree in Exercise Science or Kiniseology, Registered Dietician, or related field.

PREFERRED:

• Wellness or Health Coach Certification.

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

• Required:, B.S. Degree in Exercise Science or Kiniseology, Registered Dietician, or related field.

• NON-EXEMPT HOURLY
