Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and a strong understanding of stainless-steel fabrication processes. Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Assemble and fabricate metal structures and components with precision.
Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in optimal condition.
Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in TIG welding, preferably with stainless steel.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding and fabrication.
