Job Description The role involves assisting the lead developer and team in creating load testing plans and scripting to implement them. You will support the project management office and testers in developing test plans and scenarios, especially for new or modified code. Providing input to technical leads and architects on development solutions is essential. You will monitor and support high-volume batch file and web service integrations. The position also involves designing innovative websites and web-based applications, creating wireframes, graphical templates, and other visual elements. Ensuring design integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle, communicating effectively with the team, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines are key responsibilities. A background in Graphic Design (BFA or related field) and a portfolio of work are required, along with 3-5 years of web graphic design experience. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and other relevant software is necessary. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential.
