We are urgently hiring Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Brampton.
Location: Brampton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the afternoon shift at a busy distribution facility in Brampton. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, support team leads, and ensure workflow runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift)
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Lead and support team leads in shipping and receiving areas
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer programs for warehouse equipment
• Identify and resolve performance or operational issues
• Assist management with special projects and provide backup when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Valid certification to operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Pacer equipment
• Experience with Reach or Swing Reach forklifts is an asset
• Completion of Ontario’s 4-Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Information:

• Overtime may be required
• Reliable transportation to the Brampton location is preferred
