Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
Pay: Details: - $21.50/hr including shift differential,
- Eligible to receive an additional $1.00 hourly skill differential after 60 to 90 days if forklift certification is obtained
- Eligible for a productivity bonus paid out with every paycheck
Shift Details: - Sunday 3:30 pm - finish; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:30 pm - Finish
- The shift consists of four 10-hour days, with weekends and Tuesday off.
Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.
What you will be doing: - Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
- Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
- Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
- Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).
Required Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience (1+ year) in warehouse or distribution operations in a fast-paced supply chain environment
- One (1) plus years of experience operating RF Scanning equipment
Important Skills: - Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
- Ability to read and understand the English language
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
- Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
- Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
Physical Requirements: - Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Nice to have: - Previous forklift experience (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Stand-Up preferred)
- Previous Forklift Certification

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
