@theluispeguero is seeking a talented Full-Time Video Editor to join our fast-paced real estate wholesaling business. We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to edit talking head videos, lifestyle videos, and create engaging content for social media. You’ll be working closely with raw footage of real estate-related conversations, editing them into dynamic, engaging videos with high-quality, manually created subtitles.
**Responsibilities:**
* Edit and produce 90-100 short-form videos per month for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
* Specialize in editing talking head videos, including conversations with sellers, ensuring every call is engaging and makes sense.
* Organize all raw content on Google Drive or shared iPhone albums for easy access and management.
* Create engaging subtitles (not just automated captions) to improve video clarity and viewer engagement.
* Stay updated on social media trends and optimize videos to reflect current content strategies.
* Participate in weekly meetings with the CEO to discuss video content ideas and strategies.
* Ensure all weekly content is delivered on time, ready for posting.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in editing talking head and lifestyle videos, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
* If you only provide automated captions or work with a team of editors, please do not apply. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can handle the editing process personally.
* Excellent organization skills, with the ability to keep all footage and files well-organized on shared platforms like Google Drive.
* Able to edit seller conversations to highlight key moments and maintain viewer interest.
* Must be available full-time, with the flexibility to work from home while meeting deadlines.
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
* Creativity and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to stay on top of social media trends.
* Bonus points if you're familiar with real estate wholesaling or have experience working with influencers.
