Position Overview: Join us as a Guest Service Associate/Valet who is responsible for providing outstanding hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role will include parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely while assisting with luggage where applicable. Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on your experience and skills. The hourly base pay ranges from $12 plus estimated tips of $4 - $6 per hour. Work Schedule: This position is a weekday, day shift role with no nights or weekends. Benefits: Eligible employees can enroll in various insurances and a 401k retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and hours worked. Essential Functions: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members. Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs upon arrival. Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently while transporting guest belongings as needed. Provide directions, facilitate reservations, and deliver guest messages and amenities as requested. Inform guests about parking rates and procedures, ensuring all vehicle entries are accurately documented. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screening. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Work mostly outdoors in varying weather conditions for the duration of the shift.
