COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO)

• MGMA Median Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU= $700,000 or More Annual Potential
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus & $10,000 Relocation Assistance
• Health/Dental/Vision & When does it begin:  Full comprehensive benefits - covers family with an option to purchase - starts first of the next month after they begin
• Retirement Program: 401K
• PTO/Holidays: <2 yrs: 4 weeks, 2-5 yrs: 5 weeks, 6+ yrs: 6 weeks + 7 Holidays
• CME: 5 Days + $2500 Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO)

• Hospital Employed Urology Opportunity
• Established Group of Urologists + Each Uro will have their own PA
• Consulting less than 4 hours a day
• Clinic: 15-20 ppd OR: 5-7 / 1 OR day a week to start (can add more if you wish
• No Call
• No admitting - required &  PA’s will do the rounding
• Mon-Friday (8-5) 8:30 - 4PM & Fridays are half-day
• Established as the center of excellence in robotics- Access to both models
  • DaVinci XI and DaVinci X
  • **Current Urologist on staff has been chosen to be one of the first Urologists in the country to test out the newest DaVinci robot in the coming months. (DaVinci 5 will be here Sept. 24)
