POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a curious and innovative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development and delivery, business capture and development, and corporate support, to ensure all content aligns with our company and meets the unique requirements of each platform.
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
AWS Foundations certification or ability to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES Visualize and prototype application designs/intended solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations, and detailed specifications.
Design and templatize graphic content for sales and promotional collateral including pitch presentations and 1-page/trifold brochures.
Support Business Delivery and Development with innovative designs of research report content; including enhanced data visualization and storytelling through graphic design, bring data to life in new formats applicable to social media, blogs, emails, etc.
Work both independently and collaboratively with fellow UX team members, graphic designers, product managers, and software engineers who are geographically distributed across the globe.
Ensure consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Receive and incorporate feedback to improve designs and videos.
Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and future use.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Skills Required:
Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups, visual design, user research, and usability testing.
Comfortable working within an iterative, dynamic feedback process; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project demands. Able to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions grounded in customer needs and business goals. Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
Skills Preferred:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Lucid chart, Figma or similar Wireframe, UML, and Design tools and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax. Also, expert in design using Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with AI-enhanced presentation software tools such as Prezi, Canva, and Beautiful.ai, a plus
