Job Description & RequirementsCVICU RN – Nights (3x12, 19:00–07:30)\n\nExperience: 2.5+ years recent CVICU (within last 6 months) – Required\n\nTravelers: First-time travelers welcome with strong CVICU background\n\nLicense: Active RN license (Compact accepted at all Swedish facilities)\n\nPerm Rule: Former Providence (non-Swedish) staff eligible if separated ≥3 months\n\nPatient Types & Procedures:\n\nCardiovascular disease, pre/post Cath/IR, fresh open-heart surgery\n\nCABG, OHS, AAA, valve repairs, IABP, Impella, VADs, pacemakers, CRRT/dialysis\n\nECMO (required), TAVR preferred\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nSheath removal, vasoactive drip titration, post-cardiac surgery care, PA/Swan-Ganz lines\n\nCRRT (Prismaflex), IV insulin protocols, ventilator management, hypothermia/Arctic Sun\n\nEpic charting preferred\n\nCertifications:\n\nBLS, ACLS, CRRT, Prismaflex required\n\nOther Details:\n\nRatios: 1:1–2\n\nScrubs: Navy blue\n\nOrientation: 3 days (skills validation included)\n\nFloat: Required within ICU cluster\n\nEnvironment: Unit includes new staff—strong, confident travelers preferred
