Soliant Health is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Clinical Outpatient Pharmacist based in Texas to relocate and join a tribal clinic/hospital in the stunning landscapes of Peridot, Arizona for the next 13 weeks.If you're looking for a change of scenery and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a remote community, this position is for you!An Arizona license will NOT be required.



Title: Clinical OutpatientPharmacist

Setting: Tribal Clinic/Hospital

Work Schedule:

• Typically 10-hour shifts (8 am to 6 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Maintain patient records and medication inventory

Requirements:

• ANY Pharmacist license (AZ Pharmacist License NOT required)
• Willingness to work in a remote tribal clinic setting
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience or recent completion of PGY1 residency preferred
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Full-time availability and flexibility to temporarily relocate
