Job Description Deliver an exceptional and enjoyable customer experience that sets us apart. Handle sales transactions on the cash register, providing friendly and efficient checkout service to all customers. Customer Experience Welcome and assist customers by offering help with products and services, addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Share and demonstrate customer service best practices with team members, promoting behaviors such as greeting customers, maintaining eye contact, and offering proactive assistance. Operations Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to all customers. Recommend products and suggest complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Process customer purchases, including cash handling and transactions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including counters and shelves, and assist with inventory management as needed. Follow company asset protection practices to minimize losses. Ensure compliance with laws regarding the sale of regulated products. Assist in creating displays for promotions and seasonal items as instructed. Support the freshness of consumable items through proper stock rotation. Utilize store systems and equipment effectively. Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders. Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store. Adhere to all company policies and foster positive relationships with coworkers. Complete additional tasks and special assignments as needed. Training & Personal Development Participate in training sessions and complete required learning modules as directed by management. Basic Qualifications Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred. Previous experience with Walgreens is a plus. This position is open until filled.
