Job Description: * We are seeking a Linux System Administrator with a minimum of three years of experience managing Linux environments to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and reliable systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both physical and virtual servers, building and maintaining VMware environments, and leveraging Ansible for automation and configuration management. This role requires the ability to research and develop solutions to close IAVAs while ensuring systems remain compliant and secure. A CompTIA Security+ certification is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS, scripting skills in Python or Perl, and familiarity with container technologies such as Docker. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to automation, security, and system reliability initiatives across the enterprise. The Level 2 System Administrator shall possess the following capabilities: * Knowledge of physical and virtual servers. * Experience researching and creating solutions to close IAVA's. * Ansible experience. * Experience in building and maintaining VMware environments. * AWS experience. * Scripting experience (Python/Perl). * Docker experience. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * 3 years Linux system administration experience. Certifications Required: * IAT II Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 125,000-175,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
