Surgery Scheduler (Full-Time)
Focal Point Vision – San Antonio, TX
Focal Point Vision is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our growing ophthalmology team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced medical environment and take pride in providing excellent patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures with patients and staff
Prepare and review surgery charts and documentation
Provide surgery fees and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
Review surgery instructions and details with patients prior to their procedure

Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in ophthalmology or optometry preferred, but not required
