Job Description



The Supervisor, Project Management (Advertising Agency Project Management) will lead and manage day to day efforts to support the organization’s transformation goals/objectives to improve day to day business operations and everyday workflows. The role will liaison across several stakeholders and collaborators for feedback/input and buy-in in the development and implementation for on-going process improvements. 

The growth, transformation, and integration inherent in this process will require significant oversight and change management to deliver new ways of working and business solutions successfully. Ultimately you will improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

 

As Supervisor, Project Management (Advertising Agency Project Management) you will:

  • Be responsible for proactively identifying and improving any ineffective operational processes and/or procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity through rollout of better processes, including automation
  • Bring together key collaborators and senior stakeholders and drive integration by supporting and facilitating the creation and documentation of new/improved best-practice ways of working
  • Support business transformation objectives in driving efforts to create change management plans including plan documentation, communication strategies, roadmaps, timelines and KPIs.
  • Define and adjust processes to meet project needs and proactively look for ways to improve integration and collaboration across the business
  • Develop and communicate change management strategies to senior management and stakeholders, leveraging resources to implement strategies through cross-functional teams
  • Develop and articulate compelling decks to share vision, as well as progress updates selling new ways of working methods and successes to client and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively facilitate, track, and monitor critical transformation programs, activities, roadmaps and scope
  • Direct needs analysis to identify areas requiring support in driving change, develop processes, and oversee implementation activities

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience practicing organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Agile and/or Scrum certified or trained preferred. Additional relevant certifications are a large plus (we look to expand our own knowledge to apply to day to day workflows)
  • AI Tool Savvy or Using AI in business/collaborations
  • Financial competency in either media investment or finance
  • Adept and passionate about creating or enhancing processes
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate and manage individuals
  • Knowledge of media landscape and industry trends
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to media operations (eg: MediaTools, Power BI, etc)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital media/operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media operations/ops Management, business transformation, project/program management or related roles within an advertising agency or media buying environment
  • Media strategy experience/ways of working within LARGE agency/holding company is a bonus

Additional Information



Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills,

qualifications

, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
